Abstract:

This paper uses Dunning's international production eclectic theory, combined with the uncertainty theory,to analyze the possible influence factors for the investment decision of foreign venture capital.The empirical results show when the level of entrepreneurship is higher and the cultural differences are smaller, the likelihood of investment of foreign venture capital is higher; the higher the level of entrepreneurship,the greater the size and quantity of the investment;the greater of cultural differences,the more number of the investment.This paper suggests to further improve Mainland Chinas entrepreneurial environment,reduce the cost of foreign investment,in order to attract more foreign venture capital,to improve the motive force of innovation, and to help Mainland China's high-quality enterprises to international development.
