科创企业与制造企业越轨创新的触发路径选择——一项模糊集定性比较分析研究

摘要: 以科创企业员工与制造企业员工为样本,运用QCA方法整合行为层面与情感层面的五个条件,探讨了员工越轨创新的多重触发机制。结果显示:科创企业员工的高工作激情、非高知识共享和非高期望贡献的联动匹配能激发其实施越轨创新;制造企业员工的高授权程度、高知识共享、高期望贡献与非高工作激情间的联动匹配能激发其实施越轨创新;同时,高授权程度、高知识共享、高期望贡献与高决策参与的联动匹配也能激发员工越轨创新。在激发越轨创新过程中,科创企业与制造企业在工作激情、知识共享与期望贡献等方面存在相反的匹配策略。研究结果不仅深化和拓展了越轨创新的形成条件,而且为科创企业和制造企业采取针对性创新策略提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the survey of employees of S.& T. enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, this paper applies QCA approach to integrate five conditions in behavioral and affective aspects so as to explore the different mechanisms of multiple antecedent paths in bootlegging innovation. The results show that the antecedent path of high bootlegging innovation in S. & T. enterprises is passion-oriented, that is, the linkage matching of high work passion, low knowledge sharing and low expectation contribution can enhance the implementation of bootlegging innovation. The antecedent paths of high bootlegging innovation in manufacturing enterprises are low passion-behavior-oriented and high participation-behavior-oriented. The former refers to the linkage matching between high empowering degree, high knowledge sharing, high expected contribution and low work passion, which can better promote employees' bootlegging innovation. The latter refers to high empowering degree, high knowledge sharing, high expected contribution and low work passion. Linkage matching with high decision-making participation can promote employees' bootlegging innovation. And compared with the low passion-behavior-oriented path, the high participation-behavior-oriented path can better stimulate employees' bootlegging innovation. In the process of promoting bootlegging innovation, there are opposite matching strategies between S.&T. enterprises and manufacturing enterprises in terms of work passion, knowledge sharing and expected contribution. The driving mechanism of not bootlegging innovation is divided into six recipes, which verifies the existence of asymmetric causality compared with high bootlegging innovation.
