Abstract: Abstract: With the transition from an agricultural society to an industrial society, rural labor force began the process of migration to urban in human society. As the populous country and agricultural country which is relative scarcity of cultivated land resource, due to the transfer of labor, the relation has changed that has been relatively balanced production and consumption, supply and demand. The income gap between urban and rural residents is the fundamental reason for the transfer of rural labor to urban, whether the rural labor migration or not is in touch with regional differences in price, price index has a decisive effect on rural labor migration and the transfer of rural labor has a significant impact on price and wage of immigrant area. In view of this situation, we need to take relevant measures to encourage the rural labor migration, it not only profoundly influence on the economic structure and lifestyle between the labor cradle and reception area, it imperceptibly, invisibly impacts the related products of price and use value, interferences in socially necessary labor time has a reasonable provision to the price as well as the regularity distribution in labor market.
