Abstract: Abstract:Based on the urban migrant workers’ survey data, through the revised Mincer income equation, the paper focus on different types of human capital investment and different ages affect migrant wages returns. The results show that the return rate of peasant workers vocational training is higher than the ordinary education, and the effect of vocational training on migrant workers which are younger is more obvious. Promoting the human capital investment of migrant workers should be firstly focused on compulsory education for migrant workers, at the same time enterprises should be vigorously encouraged to increase investment in on-the-job training on young migrant workers, and build a vocational training platform which is more diversified and open, providing more support for migrant workers to improve professional skill.

摘要: 摘 要:本文基于城市农民工调查数据,通过修正的Mincer收入方程,关注人力资本投资类型及年龄对农民工工资回报率的影响。研究表明:农民工职业培训回报率高于普通教育回报率,且职业培训对较年轻农民工群体收入的影响更为显著。促进农民工的人力资本投资,应首先唤醒农民工对基础义务教育的觉悟,激励企业加大对年轻农民工群体的职业培训投入,并搭建更加多元化、开放化的职业培训平台,为农民工提高职业技能提供支持。
