Abstract:

This paper empirically studies the influence of needs of the environmental improvements and environmental responsibility cognition on people's environmental behavior.The results show that the relation between the needs of the environmental improvements and people's environmental behavior is positive.Besides,this paper finds that two types of environmental responsibility cognition reduce the participate rate of people's environmental behavior:one is that people tend to put the responsibility for environmental governance on society organization such as government，enterprise , society groups,etc ,the other is that people believe that individuals have little positive externalities for environmental improvement.Finally,this paper finds that the influence of environmental demands on individual environmental behavior is affected by environmental responsibility cognition.This paper argues it is an important way to improve the social guidance and media publicity to enhance the personal environmental behavior.

本研究实证分析了居民的环境改善需求和环境责任认知对个人环境行为的影响，结果显示居民对环境的改善需求强烈程度与个人环境行为呈正相关。另外，本研究发现两类环境责任自我弱化认知降低了居民的环境行为参与率:一类是居民倾向于把环境责任归咎给政府、企业和社会团体等社会组织，另一类是居民倾向于认为个人对于环境改善只存在微小的正外部性。最后，本研究还发现环境改善需求对个人环境行为的效力受到居民环境责任认知的影响。本研究改善政府引导和媒体宣传以提升个人环境责任感是改善个人环境行为的重要途径。
