Abstract

Abstract: By constructing the system equations of standardized supply side, this paper uses NLSUR to estimate the elasticity of capital-labor substitution,and then calculate the directed technological change (capital-biased)and the technological efficiency of capital and labor. Based on the provincial panel data from 1998 to 2017,the empirical study with the use of the fixed effect regression model and the spatial econometric model finds that the factor efficiency has a significant positive role in promoting the optimization of the regional industrial structure,but the spatial spillover effect of the labor technology efficiency is positive whereas that of the capital technology efficiency is negative. Therefore,in order to speed up the optimization of the industrial structure,we should pay attention to the role of the factor efficiency and make full use of the spatial spillover effect.

摘要： 本文基于1998~2017年省际面板数据,通过固定效应模型和空间计量模型实证分析要素技术效率对我国产业结构合理化和高度化的影响,发现资本和劳动技术效率对产业结构合理化和高度化均存在显著的正向促进作用,在产业结构合理化上存在正的空间溢出效应,但在产业结构高度化上存在负的空间溢出效应。因此,为加快产业结构优化,需充分利用要素技术效率的正向作用,缓解空间溢出的负效应,同时加快要素市场化改革。
