“两山”转化机制的企业逻辑和整合框架——基于浙江企业绿色管理的多案例研究

摘要: 在“两山”理念指引下,浙江涌现出大批践行绿色管理的企业,深入探索企业绿色管理经验成为中国可持续发展的迫切需要。本研究采用探索性多案例研究方法,基于时间、空间和发展的三条路径线索对浙江企业绿色管理案例进行分析,总结了“两山”理念指引下浙江企业绿色管理的阶段特征与经验启示,提炼了企业绿色管理中“绿水青山”向“金山银山”的转化机制。“两山”理念指引下浙江企业绿色管理的八大经验可以归纳为:秉持绿色发展理念是企业绿色管理的逻辑起点和基本理念,绿色战略定位、绿色要素投入和绿色资源整合是企业绿色管理的关键要素,绿色生产管理、绿色创新管理和绿色营销管理是企业绿色管理的重点领域,绿色监督管理是企业绿色管理的制度保障。“两山”理念指引下浙江企业绿色管理的八大启示可以归纳为绿色战略规划、绿色组织领导、绿色协调实施和绿色监督控制这四个维度。在此基础上,本文构建出“两山”理念指引下浙江企业绿色管理的经验启示整合框架,这是绿色管理实践中“两山”转化机制的企业逻辑和整合框架。

Abstract: It is urgent to explore the green management experience of enterprises in China for sustainable development. Based on the research path of time-space-development,this study adopts the exploratory multi-case study method to summarize the stage characteristics, experience enlightenment and evolution trend of green management practice of Zhejiang enterprises under the guidance of “Two Mountains Theory”, so as to extract the mechanism of transformation from “green mountains” to “gold and silver mountains” in enterprise green management practice. Under the guidance of the “Two Mountains Theory”, the eight experiences of green management practice in Zhejiang enterprises can be summarized as follows: upholding the green development concept is the logical starting point and the foundation of green management of enterprises; green strategic positioning, green element investment and green resource integration are the key elements of green management of enterprises; green production management, green innovation management and green marketing management are the key areas of enterprise green management; green supervision management is the institutional guarantee for enterprise green management. The eight enlightenments of green management practice in Zhejiang enterprises under the guidance of the “Two Mountains Theory” can be summarized into four dimensions: green strategic planning, green organizational leadership, green coordinated implementation, and green supervision and control. Based on this, this paper builds an empirical enlightenment integration framework of green management practices in Zhejiang enterprises under the guidance of the “Two Mountains Theory”. This is also the enterprise logic and integration framework of the “Two Mountains” transformation mechanism.
