人工智能赋能民营企业创新治理体系研究——理论基础、综合框架与研究展望

摘要： 人工智能技术正在深度嵌入企业创新活动,广泛作用于创新关键环节,推动企业创新模式、组织结构和治理逻辑发生变化。既有研究已从公司治理、创新管理、创新系统等视角,探讨了治理结构、激励机制、组织过程、制度环境以及数智技术对企业创新的影响,为理解企业创新治理提供了重要基础。然而,民营企业作为我国创新驱动和产业升级的重要力量,其资源约束、组织灵活与治理非正式等特征,使人工智能赋能其创新治理更具现实紧迫性和理论价值。现有研究对人工智能如何赋能民营企业创新治理体系,以及民营企业如何在人工智能嵌入过程中实现创新活动与治理之间的动态平衡仍缺乏系统阐释。基于此,本文在辨析创新治理、治理创新等相关概念的基础上,梳理企业创新治理研究的理论演进逻辑,并从“治理目标、治理过程、结构与权利、治理动力和体制政策”构建企业创新治理体系的综合分析框架。进一步结合人工智能技术特征,提出人工智能赋能民营企业创新治理体系重构的未来研究议题。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence technology is now deeply embedded in corporate innovation activities, strongly influencing key stages of innovation and driving changes in firms innovation models, organizational structures, and governance logic. Existing studies have examined the impact of governance structures, incentive mechanisms, organizational processes, institutional environments, and digital-intelligent technologies on corporate innovation from such perspectives as corporate governance, innovation management, and innovation systems, thereby providing an important foundation for understanding corporate innovation governance. However, current research still lacks a systematic explanation of how artificial intelligence empowers the innovation governance system of private enterprises. It has not fully revealed how artificial intelligence affects the goal setting, process operation, power allocation, driving mechanisms, and institutional environment of innovation governance, nor has it stated how private enterprises achieve a dynamic balance between innovation activities and governance during the embedding of artificial intelligence. This paper clarifies the related concepts such as innovation governance and governance innovation, reviews the theoretical evolution of research on corporate innovation governance, and constructs a comprehensive analytical framework for corporate innovation governance from five dimensions: goals, process mechanisms, structural power, driving mechanisms and institutional arrangements. Furthermore, by incorporating the technological characteristics of artificial intelligence, this paper proposes future research agendas for the reconstruction of the innovation governance system of private enterprises empowered by artificial intelligence.
