国家绿色数据中心对企业新质生产力的影响——基于技术势能传递的视角

The Impact of the National Green Data Center on the New Quality Productivity of Enterprises: From the Perspective of Technology Potential Energy Transfer

摘要: 本文基于技术势能传递的视角,探讨国家绿色数据中心推动企业新质生产力发展的机制和路径。研究结果表明,国家绿色数据中心显著提升企业新质生产力,其影响机制包括创新变革、降本增效和资源集聚。在推动企业新质生产力发展上,国家绿色数据中心对技术水平较高的企业起着“如虎添翼”的作用,对高碳行业、市场化程度较低和环境规制力度较大的企业具有“旱苗得雨”的作用。进一步分析发现,企业技术吸收能力在国家绿色数据中心促进企业新质生产力发展方面体现为双门槛效应。经济后果检验显示,国家绿色数据中心提升企业的全要素生产率和环境绩效。上述结论拓展了技术溢出和技术扩散理论的研究领域,为企业利用技术势能传递赋能新质生产力发展提供有益的政策启示。

Abstract: Promoting industrial innovation through technological innovation is an important direction for developing new quality productivity. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how the National Green Data Center (NGDC) can empower enterprises to develop new quality productivity through the transfer of technological potential energy. Based on the perspective of technology potential energy transfer, this study explores the mechanism and path of the NGDC in promoting the development of new quality productivity in enterprises. It is found that the NGDC can significantly enhance the new quality productivity of enterprises. The impact mechanism is that the NGDC promotes innovation and transformation, including cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and resource aggregation of enterprises through technology potential energy transmission, thereby promoting the formation of new quality productivity in enterprises. In promoting the development of new quality productivity in enterprises, the NGDC acts as a force multiplier for technologically advanced enterprises, and it is also like timely rain for parched seedlings for enterprises in high carbon industries, those with low marketization levels, and those with severe environmental regulation. Further analysis reveals that the technological absorption capacity of enterprises is reflected as a dual threshold effect in promoting the development of new quality productivity in the NGDC. The economic consequence test shows that the NGDC has also improved the total factor productivity and environmental performance of enterprises. This article expands the research scope of technology spillover and technological diffusion theory, providing policy insights for enterprises to utilize technology potential transfer to empower the development of new quality productivity.
